Interns Ignite 2025: Where interns spark, learn & connect!

Starting an internship is exciting but can also be overwhelming. That’s why Deloitte hosts Interns Ignite, an event designed to connect and inspire former, current, and future interns.

This year’s edition featured an insightful panel discussion, where interns shared their experiences and tips for thriving at Deloitte. Attendees explored the Gateway building (HQ) in Zaventem whilst testing their Deloitte knowledge and were inspired by keynote speaker Sofie Lenaerts, the first woman in the Benelux to conquer the Seven Summits. She shared her incredible journey, highlighting the power of resilience, perseverance, and boldly pursuing your goals—whether on the world’s highest peaks or in your career.

Of course, no event is complete without networking! The afternoon wrapped up with a delicious pizza buffet, giving interns the chance to connect in a fun and informal setting.
