This month, we welcomed a new group of colleagues to OMP’s European offices, marking a key step in our ongoing global growth. Greeted warmly by team members and paired with individual career coaches, the new colleagues toured OMP HQ—an ideal way to kick-start their onboarding journey and set them up for success at OMP. 🚀
A personalized approach to onboarding
At OMP, we prioritize a personalized onboarding experience that not only introduces our new hires to the company but also fosters a sense of community. Through group onboarding sessions, we encourage the sharing of ideas and insights while maintaining a strong focus on individual development.

Our onboarding process, spanning 10-12 weeks, is designed to integrate professional and personal aspects of life at OMP seamlessly. We support new employees with in-depth training, customer project simulations, and hands-on coaching. With a dedicated coach available daily to answer practical or technical questions, new hires are fully supported as they take on their new roles with confidence.

From day one, we emphasize that our people are our priority. The onboarding schedule is thoughtfully planned, allowing new hires to concentrate on learning tools, processes, and team dynamics without the immediate demands of customer projects.
