During his Bachelor's in Electromechanical Systems, specializing in measurement and control techniques, Nick Deslagmulder did an internship at ENGIE.
“What I particularly liked about my program is that one-third of it consisted of an internship. In my search for a company with enough challenges and a strong interest in the energy sector, I came into contact with ENGIE. Not long after, I started here as an intern in measurement and control techniques in Drogenbos. The past few months have been fantastic. I was well received and involved in projects. A revision in Drogenbos gave me a unique opportunity to gain expertise alongside my daily responsibilities. The perfect match!”
After his internship, Nick had the opportunity to start as a permanent colleague in Drogenbos. “An opportunity I couldn't pass up. I know the department and my colleagues. My internship was the perfect lead-up to being able to start working at ENGIE”, says Nick.
