We host two Welcome Days at Deloitte Luxembourg every month. That's 24 a year! And each one is truly special, shaped by the diverse group of new colleagues who join our team.
The latest edition began with a delicious breakfast designed to foster meaningful introductions and connections.
The day continued with insightful presentations and speeches, showcasing our core values, work culture, and collaborative spirit. In addition, a building tour and fun ice-breaking activities encouraged more bonding.
Finally, everyone got to meet their DBuddy, a personal guide ready to onboard them into their respective teams.

Since September, we have onboarded more than 200 new colleagues, all who have been warmly welcomed into their teams—teams that will innovate and collaborate to shape our future together.
