⚡ What you’ll actually do
No “just supporting”. You’ll be part of the action:
- Create content that people actually want to read (posts, videos, storytelling)
- Help design and run engaging events & workshops (not the boring kind)
- Build simple tools that teams use to improve how they work together
- Turn feedback and data into real insights
- Test ideas fast and see what sticks (yes, your ideas too)

🧠 Who you are
- You’re curious about people, behaviour & how teams really work
- You like both:
- 🎨 creative stuff (content, storytelling)
- 🧩 making things structured (organising, simplifying, analysing)
- You take initiative — you don’t wait to be told everything
- You are a last year Master student who communicates easily (EN + FR or NL = big plus)
- You’re the kind of person who says: “this could be done better”… and actually tries it
