• First experience or recent graduate with Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• High level of integrity in handling confidential data
• Client- oriented and solution-focused, proactive attitude
• Assertiveness to confidently address employees’ and business queries
• Analytical Skills: capable of working with large data sets – proficient in Excel
• Well organized with keen attention to detail
• Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively to new situations and challenges
• Fluent in both French and English

Compensation and benefits:  Salary paid in 13 instalments, meal vouchers, complementary health insurance with options for family members, performance bonus subject to eligibility conditions, extra pension plan scheme, staff protection scheme (death and disability cover)
