ENGIE's YOUNG GRADUATE DAY

On January 23rd, we had the pleasure of hosting the inaugural Young Graduate Day at the ENGIE Tower in Brussels. This exciting event brought together young graduates from FlexGen, RES, T&G, and Retail for a day brimming with learning, networking, and fun!.

Our goal was to introduce our young grads to the diverse opportunities within ENGIE, while highlighting the importance of cooperation and networking across different entities in a 'One ENGIE' spirit. The day was packed with engaging activities, including the ImproLab®, which broke the ice and set a collaborative and energetic tone. Participants also showcased their creativity and teamwork during the Team Challenge sequence.

Special thanks to our senior leaders Anne-Françoise Vaessen Inge Corne Bert Hofman and Nicolas van den Abeele for their inspiring sharing and engaging participation. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing organization team: Charlotte Beirnaert Catherine Debray Julie Toussaint and Marijke Van Overfelt. And, last but not least, a big shoutout to Stephane Verhaeren and Greg Genart from Talkin' To Me? for their impactful and entertaining program that made the day truly memorable. From interactive sessions to insightful debriefs, the event was a perfect blend of learning and enjoyment.
