OMP Drives Global Expansion, Welcoming New Joiners on September 1

Maintaining its consistent expansion worldwide, OMP welcomed its new collegues to its Belgium head office on September 1. The day-long event was brimming with activities aimed at familiarize newcomers — most of them newly minted university graduates — to OMP’s culture of global collaboration. 🤩

This event marks another highlight for OMP in 2023. ✨ This year, the company not only grew its global team to surpass 1,000 people but also celebrated the 20th anniversary of its U.S. office in Atlanta. Originally starting with just two members in 2003, this branch now boasts a robust team of 200.

A day of learning and connection

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from CEO Anita Van Looveren and breakfast. ☕Next on the agenda: group information sessions and meet-and-greet sessions with the new hires' respective coaches, providing them with an overview of their onboarding process, future careers and training tracks.

OMP consistently grows by continually recruiting from campuses and making year-round talent acquisitions, strategically timed to coincide with higher-ed graduation dates in various countries. This year, over 200 new faces have joined the company across Europe, India, China, the U.S., and Brazil.
