European Maintenance Support, part of the ENGIE Group, executes specialized maintenance activities in different power plants in Belgium and Europe (mostly The Netherlands and France).

We are currently looking for a Global Maintenance  Engineering Graduate (M/F/X) to join a team of 20 electrical engineers and techniciens.

• Master degree in electrical or electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships / apprenticeships).
• Full mobility within Europe (and occasionally beyond), with a valid European driving license.
• Strong understanding of and a genuine interest in classical electrical power systems, including transformers, breakers, protection systems, and more.
• Passion for optimizing electrical equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
• Rigorous, flexible, perseverant, motivated and a natural problem solver. 
• Action oriented mindset, even in unexpected circumstances. 
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Commitment to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues

• A permanent position starting with a 24-month rotation program comprising : two 9-month assignments within the European perimeter and one 6month mission outside Europe.
