You’ll play a vital role in:
- Accelerating Analis’ growth and digitalisation by delivering concrete MarCom and digital marketing outputs for Marketing and Business Units.
- Being a driving force behind marketing operations: keeping projects on track, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Rewriting technical and scientific content into clear, customer-focused and impactful messages across channels.
You will be part of a dynamic marketing team and will work closely with:
- The Marketing Team: Operational Marketing Manager, Communication Manager, MarCom Assistant (events & social media), Digital Marketing Expert (SEO/SEA & technical support).
- Product Managers and Sales Engineers across multiple Business Units.
Your mission:
As a Digital Marketing & Communication Officer, you will ensure the day-to-day execution of the marketing plan, including:
- Maintain and follow an editorial calendar;
- Follow-up content collection and validation with Product Managers;
- Manage and rewrite multilingual content (EN / FR / NL) with an engaging brand voice;
A key part of your mission will be the copy(re)writing by transforming technical content into clear, engaging messages adapted to each platform and audience.
- Ensure content consistency and clarity across pages, product groups, channels and languages in line with brand tone-of-voice;
- Support simple graphic design adaptation or creation;
- Follow-up and sequence content publishing across multiple communication channels:
- Website;
- Emailing campaigns;
- Social media (mainly LinkedIn);
- Event-related communications (Analis Academy + partner events/sponsoring);
- Commercial documentation platform;
- Partner websites and platforms;
