You are responsible for the revenue and profit of your customer portfolio, which consists of hospital laboratories and private clinical laboratories in Flanders:
- You establish and maintain commercial contacts with existing and potential customers.
- You proactively inform customers about new developments.
- You analyse customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- You work together with your colleagues to develop a commercial proposal.
- You are responsible for the follow‑up of sales projects and public tenders.
- You negotiate prices and conditions with customers in line with the company strategy.
You work closely with your colleagues:
- Together with the Application Specialists and Product Managers, you develop a technically accurate proposal.
- You inform your colleagues about new opportunities, market information, and competitor developments.
- You manage your sales funnel and prepare accurate monthly and yearly forecasts.
- You report your daily activities in the CRM system.
