We serve world class investment fund managers and help them to distribute their financial solutions across the globe.

Our main mission consists in collecting and managing our clients’ data to produce fund reports (including but not only the mostly produced report in asset management, the “Key Information Document”) that will first be used by regulators to authorise the distribution of our clients’ funds throughout the world and thereafter be analysed by fund investors in their investment decision process.

What you will do

A significant component of your work will be to support our clients with the creation of the fund reports as required where the clients inted to distribute them. This will be primarily in Europe but also in Asia and other regions from South Africa to Australia.

You will collaborate with all our team members to provide high level quality services to our international portfolio of clients by building a strong relationship with them on the basis of your fund industry regulatory knowledge, your data management and problem solving skills, your relentless commitment to produce qualitative deliverables and your ability to build trust with clients.

 Who you are

• Hold a degree in Finance, Business Engineering or Business Administration
• Have a first experience in the investment fund industry
• Have a proven track record in data management
• Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mindset
• Show excellent communication and presentation skills
• Are fluent in English (any other language is considered as an asset)
• Show experience in reporting activities or with UCITS, AIFMD and PRIIPs regulations would be strong assets.
