🎯YOUR MISSION

• Ensure reliability and top performance of high-tech warehouse equipment
• Work at the Mechelen P&G Distribution Centre with advanced automation: automated storage, conveyors, PLCs, scanners, and truck loading systems

Key tasks:

• Assist in commissioning the unique Automatic Dead-Pile Loading and Unloading (ADP) system — a P&G global first
• Program PLC stacking patterns for ADP and keep everything running smoothly
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and fix critical equipment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on KPIs like ADP, conveyor scanners, pallet throughput, and truck loading
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smart, innovative solutions
• Act as liaison between Operations Technology and IT to ensure seamless tech integration

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or electronics
• Recent grad (up to 5 years) — bonus if you’ve got some supply chain experience
• Know your way around PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of automation, control systems, and maintenance
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a nice-to-have)
