Who we are
Our Customer Consulting practice is a dynamic and growing team based in Belgium, part of the broader Management Consulting department, and embedded in PwC’s European Customer Consulting practice with a total headcount of 100+ people. We work across a large array of industries on diverse commercial topics such as commercial strategy, customer experience, sales and marketing, digital commerce, pricing & profitability, and customer service & engagement, providing you the opportunity to explore different facets of your interest.
Your impact

More particularly, you will:
- Have quality discussions with executivestogether with your project team to understand their key commercial challenges in the areas of commercial strategy, customer experience, sales and marketing, digital commerce, pricing & profitability, and customer service & engagement;
- Support in analyzing complex commercial issues (both quantitatively and qualitatively) and derive insights;
- Co-create customer-centric ambitions, strategies, go-to-markets and execution plans together with clients and their customer;
- Facilitate workshopstogether with experienced colleagues to help innovate and indicate improvements across the entire customer journey;
- Collaboratewith clients to get the strategy materialized via tactical activities such as setting up proof-of-concepts;
- Contribute to growing our Customer practice by supporting on internal initiatives such as business development, marketing and recruitment;
- Do all this in the midst of a fun-loving team, that will make sure the intense days will be balanced out with get-together downtime.
