Your tasks
As a Consultant, you will assist with the execution of our risk and compliance mandates and support the business development activities of the practice.
Having a background in accounting, financial auditing and internal controls is important. We therefore propose a learning track during which you can (further) develop these key skills by supporting the financial audit department during one or possibly two seasons. This role offers hands-on experience in financial auditing, accounting, business process, preparing you for a successful career in Risk Consulting.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Assist with the execution of projects respecting project plans with detailed timelines and budgets under the instructions of a Senior Consultant and above;
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other deliverables;
- Assist and participate in business development activities of the team and help identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients. This includes assisting with the development of discussion documents and presentations that outline our point of view in relation to compliance and ethics, as well as our approach to potential engagements;
- Assist with the preparation of proposals that describe our approach, deliverables and fees to projects;
- Research of public domain information in one or more languages including research of corporate registers, media databases, litigation records and other open source material, and perform Integrity Due Diligences;
- As a hybrid profile, you will be supporting forensic investigations.
As a Consultant, your direct reporting line will be to a Senior Consultant, Manager or above. You will work alongside colleagues with extensive consulting and industry experience that will enable you to develop your career in risk and compliance and to gain experience in topics that will continue to gain importance for businesses in the future.
