We’re looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our Management Consulting Operations Transformation department as of September 2026.

Your impact
We offer young graduates the unique opportunity to take part in a two-year rotation programme which allows you to work across our Management Consulting - Operations practice, in each of our four competence groups (Plan, Source, Make and Deliver), and have an impact on society.
- Work with clients to (re)define the vision and strategy for their supply chain (from procurement to delivery), in line with their overall business strategy.
- Digitize and transform the end-to-end supply chain by leveraging technologies and PwC know-how on processes and digital solutions of technologies, including AI.
- Work on projects across our four competence groups to help clients with S&OP planning, optimising their production and distribution network, sustainable sourcing and many more supply chain topics.
- Leverage best practices and PwC benchmarks to identify process, organization and cost-improvement opportunities.
- Work with client resources to learn and understand their requirements to design processes, organizations and operating models, enabling our clients to achieve best-practice value and efficiency levels.
- Analyze the impact of the changes on client operations and develop a change management approach, enabling a successful implementation and sustained results.
- Work on a variety of projects along the supply chain, improving business performance.
- Work on large transformation projects for global clients.
- Developing sustainable value chains in the context of a changing world, taking into account concepts such as resilience, regulations, “green deal”, etc.
