Product Leader Internship

Duolingo but for recycling electronics. Join us as a Product Leader Intern and help lead Lalec recycling platform. Our focus is making recycling tech fun through gamification and rewards from big brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize & Ideate: Brainstorm and conceptualize high-engagement, gamified features to keep users hooked on recycling.
• Design: Bring your ideas to life before handing them off to our developer team.
• Collaborate: Test, iterate, and launch features in real-time.
• Drive Impact: Watch your ideas go from a prompt or canvas to a live product used by real people.

🚀 The Opportunity: You won't be working on hypothetical projects. You will work side-by-side with the Founder to shape the product strategy and marketing for live initiatives with major partners, including Canon, Smeg, Dranouter Festival, and De Brabandere (the iconic Belgian brewery behind Bavik and Petrus)

Ps: All our interns have become Carbon neutral for life as their work saves tonnes of C02 and puts resources back Belgium circular economy.

Who You Are:

• You have a good design sense and an interest on how to influence consumer behaviour using gamification.
• You are comfortable using  Canva (or Figma) to visually communicate your ideas.
• You know how to leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate your research, copywriting, and product thinking.
• Startup Mentality: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Data-Curious: Our platform relies on data insights. Curiosity about how a startup can leverage data to maximize customer engagement and experience is a huge plus.
