YOUR 4 PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. Growth Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead-Gen Strategy: Design and implement automated outbound & inbound campaigns to reach international expats and B2B partners (Corporate relocation, Consulting firms...).
- Growth Hacking: Experiment with new acquisition channels and scraping tools to feed the sales pipeline.
- Content & Distribution: Align marketing messaging with high-intent lead acquisition.
2. Sales Pipeline & Performance (Data)
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze the conversion funnel (CPA, conversion rates, deal velocity) to identify and fix leaks.
- B2B Business Development: Support the expansion of our Corporate Housing portfolio by identifying key accounts and decision-makers.
- CRM Master: Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and translate numbers into actionable sales tactics.
3. Strategic Analysis & Product-Market Fit
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dives into competitor positioning and pricing strategies.
- UX/UI Strategy: Use data (GA4, Hotjar/Heatmaps) to propose website improvements that maximize lead capture.
- Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards to track ROI on all marketing actions.
4. Transversal "Legacy" Projects Every intern leads 1–2 high-impact projects. Depending on your drive, you could:
- Optimize the Neybor App user engagement flow.
- Automate the Lead-to-Booking workflows.
- Develop a B2B Referral Program for multinational companies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Background: Currently completing a Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering, or Data).
- Skillset: You are "tech-savvy" and obsessed with marketing automation, data analysis, and ROI.
- Mindset: Proactive, structured, and "hungry." You don't wait for instructions; you bring solutions.
- Languages: Fully bilingual in English and French (essential for our international client base).
