Arne graduated as a master in Business Engineering, where he learned how to build bridges between the engineering & business world, something that he is still practicing on a day-today basis during his job as an International Key Account Manager at Daikin. ! He travels a lot around Europe to talk to big international customers and capture their real needs! Arne first started as a trainee at Daikin. What attracted you to join Daikin ?

What really attracted me to join Daikin was the company culture. The people who work for Daikin are the number 1 asset to the company, and Daikin will invest heavily to develop each and every individual to become the best version of themselves.

Could you tell us some interesting things you are doing ?

Currently I am working for the International Key Account department. I travel around Europe to talk to big international customers and capture their real needs. Afterwards we set up virtual teams and brainstorm on how we can accommodate the customer’s needs the best way possible.
