Wat is jouw missie?

At Barouche 🥙, we bring the warmth and flavour of the Mediterranean to fast-casual dining — fresh, fast, and full of heart. With 10 thriving locations across Belgium and big plans for growth, we're looking for a passionate Shiftleader for our location in Bruges.

As a Shiftleader at Barouche, you are managing the daily operations of the restaurant - creating memorable customer experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing food start-up.

What you’ll do:

Be part of a dynamic team - keeping the vibes positive and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Make sure every pita and bowl meets Barouche’s high quality standards.
Help customers with their orders and deliver an outstanding Barouche experience.
Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way.
