💼 About the Role

We are looking for a Student Assistant Manager to support the daily management and development of Shooters Brussels.

This role is ideal for a student who wants hands-on experience in operations, administration, and basic marketing within a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.

You will work closely with the management team and support both back-office and on-site operations, helping ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

🧭 Your Role at Shooters

As an Assistant Manager, you will contribute to the overall organization and coordination of the venue.

You will support administrative processes, assist with internal communication, and help keep operations structured and efficient.

You may also contribute to marketing and commercial activities, including basic content management and customer communication.

This is a support role with real responsibility, offering a broad view of how a venue like Shooters is managed day to day.

• Strong capacities in creative digital tools
• Well-organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable working with basic administrative and digital tools
• Interested in hospitality, events, management, or marketing
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Responsible and detail-oriented

Languages:

👉 English required

👉 French and/or Dutch are a strong plus
