For our brand-new CINNAMOOD store in Antwerp city center, we are looking for energetic, friendly, and welcoming Front of House team members. In this role, you are the face of our store! You will greet our guests, serve our cinnamon rolls from the display counter, handle payments, and craft delicious drinks from the beverage station.

You will work closely with our kitchen team and a small, dynamic group of 2–3 people.

Key Responsibilities

This is what a typical day looks like. You will be responsible for:

Guest Hospitality: Welcome customers with a warm smile, help them choose their favorite flavors, and package our rolls with love. 

Drink Station: our rolls are best with a drink on the side! You’ll prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to pair beautifully with our pastries. 

Cashier & Checkout Flow: Efficiently operate the cash register/POS system to process payments quickly and accurately.

Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, inviting seating area and counter space, and ensure the restrooms remain neat and tidy during the whole shift, following standard hygiene practices.

A natural host: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, have a positive energy, and love making someone's day a little sweeter. 

Intuitive Sales Approach: proven experience in sales. By actively listening to what our guests are looking for, you naturally guide them toward the perfect purchase without any pressure.

Team Player: You thrive in a young, energetic team environment where mutual help is everything. We look out for one another and stay flexible when it comes to helping out and covering each other's shifts if needed.

Multi-tasking Pro: Welcoming a guest ,taking an order, wrapping it up, crafting a coffee, and cashing it out all at once? You got it! You are a calm, organised person who knows exactly how to handle multiple tasks at the same time without breaking a sweat.

An eye for neatness: You take pride in serving picture-perfect rolls and keeping your coffee station clean and organised.

Languages: Fluent in Dutch on a conversational level is required. English is a big plus —we are an international and inclusive team!
