Meet your new team
We are a 24/7 operation, and our department is spread over three European sites – Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania),
as well as our team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Everyone shares a passion for giving the customer the best experience possible and solving any problems that might arise.
What will you do?
You will support a team of coordinators in their daily tasks. This involves supporting customers through various channels, including handling follow-up calls, assisting with parts orders, and monitoring shared mailboxes.
