Chouke is a young Belgian skincare brand, founded on a strong belief: skin changes with the rhythm of the menstrual cycle, and cosmetics must adapt to it.

We are developing a range of clean, local and refillable products, designed to follow women’s hormonal fluctuations.

At the same time, we are building an engaged community around hormonal education, cyclical care, and sisterhood.
