Gérard Bakery is an ambitious Belgian food start-up that’s accidentally building a cinnamon bun empire. What started as a breakfast delivery service quickly got out of hand when our hand-rolled cinnamon buns stole the spotlight, from baristas to buyers, everyone fell for them.

Today, we deliver our artisanal, ready-to-serve cinnamon rolls to coffee bars, shops, and horeca across Belgium, and with your help, maybe soon beyond....
