  • Analyzing client problems and being responsible for configuring business software.
  • Building and optimizing automation processes within various tools.
  • Creating reports within the systems.

  • Providing on-site training for clients' super/admin users.

Our current functional areas include:

  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite)

  • You have a Master’s degree (for example, in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, etc.) and have a passion for IT implementations.
  • Knowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important.
  • You obviously have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting.
  • You have a sharp, analytical mind; you have the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations.
  • You are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility.
  • You are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of working as a team in order to achieve maximum results.
  • You can work independently and have already learned how to deal with stress from others and in yourself in order to find solutions even in crisis situations.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

  • BDO Academy’s extensive list of training courses helps you grow both personally and professionally.
