We are looking for a motivated Quality Analyst Intern to join our Quality team for a minimum period of three months. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) data, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with several business departments.

🎯 About the Role

As a Quality Analyst Intern, your main objective will be to support the Quality team in analyzing CRM (Salesforce) data, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, cross-checking, and process improvement. You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure that our client database and internal processes remain reliable and efficient.

• Support the Quality and Marketing teams in analyzing CRM (Salesforce) data
• Identify data inconsistencies and contribute to improving data accuracy within the client database
• Perform cross-checks and validation across multiple data sources
• Participate in project reviews related to process optimization and data quality enhancement
• Collaborate with various departments, notably Marketing, Finance, and Sales, to support cross-functional initiatives

👤 The Profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business , Data Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
• Very good level of English (French preferred; Dutch is a plus)
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Affinity with or knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantage
• Interest or basic understanding of ISO 9001 and/or EN9100 is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented

 By the end of this internship, you will have developed practical skills in CRM data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and quality process improvement,  skills that are directly transferable to data, operations, or consulting roles in any industry.

• Location: Dilbeek (hybrid possibilities depending on team arrangements)
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 3 months minimum
