As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be fully integrated into the recruitment team and actively contribute to supporting multiple hiring needs coming directly from Business Managers.
This is not an observation internship, you will progressively take ownership and play a real role in the recruitment performance of the team.

👉 Learn how consulting recruitment works in a business-driven environment
🎯 Your responsibilities
You will progressively work on:
- Understanding hiring needs from Business Managers
- Sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach)
- Building and managing talent pools
- Conducting screening calls
- Managing several recruitment priorities simultaneously
- Participating in interviews (with Recruiter and Business Manager)
- Following candidates throughout the recruitment process
Depending on your progression, you may also:
- Conduct interviews independently
- Contribute to recruitment strategy on specific roles
