Your new mission

We are looking for a Legal Intern to support Arcstone’s legal, compliance, and regulatory work as we develop our private capital infrastructure platform.

This internship is ideal for a law student or recent graduate interested in financial regulation, startup law, private markets, legal technology, tokenization, contract drafting, and cross-border regulatory expansion.

You will work closely with the founding team on legal research, compliance mapping, contract templates, jurisdictional analysis, and internal regulatory documentation. The role is research-heavy, practical, and highly strategic.

Who are we looking for?

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Currently studying law, business law, financial law, European law, fintech regulation, or a related field.
  • Interested in startups, venture capital, private markets, fintech, digital assets, or legal technology.
  • Comfortable conducting independent legal research and turning complex findings into clear written summaries.
  • Able to think commercially, not only academically.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working with legal uncertainty.
  • Strong in English, especially legal and business writing.
  • Curious about how regulation, contracts, and technology interact in real-world fundraising processes.

Nice to Have

The following are not required, but would be valuable:

  • Knowledge of EU financial regulation, securities law, MiCA, AML/KYC, crowdfunding regulation, or private placement rules.
  • Familiarity with startup financing, SAFE notes, convertible loans, shareholder agreements, SPVs, or tokenization.
  • Experience drafting legal memos, contracts, policy notes, or regulatory summaries.
  • English is a must, knowledge in French/Dutch/German are assets
  • Interest in cross-border fundraising between Europe and emerging markets.
