We’re looking for a hands-on, heart-forward Project/Travel Coordinator to join us on our journey.
This role isn’t just about logistics. You’ll be the calm in the storm, the connector behind the scenes, and the heartbeat of our presence with our clients. Think of yourself as our Slow Impact Concierge – someone who helps us stay rooted, intentional, and purposeful while navigating a fast-paced event - alias the fixer.
This traineeship gives you hands-on experience in hospitality management, travel logistics, and project coordination within the fast-growing world of esports events.

What you'll do:
- Be the operational anchor for the team: managing schedules, appointments, and back-end coordination
- project management: hotel sourcing & tailor made travels
- Act as our point of contact for partners, suppliers, and hosts
- Support in setting up meaningful encounters and soulful collaborations
- Bring a sense of calm, care, and clarity to a busy few days
Tasks
This internship is a blend of impactful and sustainable business, incentives, slow travel, hospitality, trends and traditions, ESPORTS, back office, and social media.
- IMPACT/inspiration trips for creatives
- Exploring trends and icons in destinations (food, lifestyle, sustainability, architecture, traditioins) to gather inspiration for new projects.
- Develop a program from A to Z, including budgeting, planning, visuals, and invoicing.
- MADRID 2026 and much more
- Coordinating hotel rooms & flights for ESPORTS:
- Pokémon, Konami, Magic, Lorcana, Flesh & Blood, Riftbound – tournaments & events throughout Europe, ranging from 100 to 5000 rooms.

- Languages: Dutch, English, French; additional languages are a plus.

- Skills in Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Squarespace, and social media.

- Follow up on the social media plan and visual communication (website, newsletters, advertisements).

- Accounting, coordinating projects on-site, brainstorming future initiatives, and organizing old projects.

- Tracking potential clients, suppliers, and entering them into the database
