A) Controls SBU - Competitor analysis and sales battlecard creation
Doing market research [desk research, catalogues and pricelist review, affiliate contact, exhibitions (if available)] on the latest stance of our competitor product offering for controls. This both for wired remote controllers , infrared controllers, centralized controllers, gateways, cloud solutions and APIâs. Creating a specification, pricing, sales channel, service offering comparison / benchmark. With the objective to create a sales battlecard to offer towards our EMEA sales force and be more successful in promoting our control solutions. Next to the sales merit such competitor analysis should provide strategic insights towards the future development roadmap. This project could entail a variety of product ranges and be tailored towards the commercial and/or residential market segments. This will depend on the duration of the internship and progress during the project.
