Your new mission
You'll join Decathlon Belgium's Content, Social & Influence team and take an active role in the team's daily operations - from strategic thinking to hands-on content creation and editing. Your mission will be varied, dynamic, and focused on creativity, impact, and sport:
- Take part in strategic brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas aligned with our communication goals.
- Conceptualise and develop original formats for our key social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Organise and carry out video shoots: planning, scouting, filming (framing, audio, lighting).
- Edit shot-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks...) with added graphic elements, subtitles, transitions, and format adaptations.
- Support the team on-site during internal or external events to capture live content.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices, and translate them into relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with other teams (copywriters, graphic designers, trafic experts) to ensure strategic consistency and maximum impact across campaigns.

Above all, you are a motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial person, eager to take part in real projects. You're always willing to learn, you don't wait for instructions to bring ideas to the table, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
What we're looking for in you:
- You're a student enrolled in a program related to digital communication, marketing, or content creation.
- You have a strong interest in social media, and you understand current formats, trends, and platforms codes.
- You're comfortable using content creation and editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- You're proactive, creative, and adaptable, and you're not afraid to pitch ideas or test new things.
- You're a strong team player - open-minded, communicative, and collaborative.
- You have a passion for sport, whether you actively practice or simply enjoy following it. You believe in making sport accessible to everyone.
Bonus skills:
- You're bilingual FR/NL or comfortable working in both languages.
- You're comfortable in front of the camera if asked to present or feature in content.
