Fulfillment Operations Internship - Decathlon Marketplace

Our Decathlon Marketplace is a fast-growing global platform operating in 20 countries. To ensure a world-class experience, we are building a full-service fulfillment solution (Storage, Picking, Shipping, and Returns) for our partners. We are looking for an intern to join our Fulfillment team to oversee daily operations and help drive the future of our supply chain.

Your role in the team

Working at the heart of our logistics engine, you support the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure a seamless journey for both sellers and customers.

Inbound Operations:

• Onboarding new partners: Participate in integration meetings to guide new sellers through our fulfillment processes.

• Mastering the database: Work within our Warehouse Management System (Manhattan) to align product weights and dimensions for optimal storage.

• Ensuring data health: Clean and synchronize data between our marketplace platform (Mirakl) and the warehouse system to maintain stock accuracy.

Outbound & Quality Control:

• Monitoring performance: Track key metrics for shipping, aftersales, and returns (Shipping on Time, SLA targets) to guarantee operational excellence.

• Supporting Customer Relations (CRC): Oversee training and feedback for our support teams, ensuring partner questions are answered within 48h and refunds are processed swiftly.

• Driving supply chain projects: Follow up on ongoing delivery and logistics initiatives to help the marketplace scale.

We are looking for a sport enthusiast teammate who loves solving puzzles and is eager to learn how a global supply chain operates. 

You enjoy working with data and ensuring every dimension and deadline is correct.

You are proactive and you dare taking initiatives. You ask questions, and love discovering new tools and processes.

Moreover, 

• you are currently studying a master or a bachelor in Engineering, Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain.
• You have a strong basis in Excel. If you have basic knowledge of SQL, that’s a great bonus!

• You are fluent in both French and English.
