In 2026, football will be in the global spotlight thanks to the Football World Cup. At Decathlon Belgium, we want to seize this momentum to organize a series of events in 4 to 5 key stores, centered around two main themes:

• The promotion and activation of our innovative 2026-2027 football product—the flagship product of the season.

• The setup of engaging fan experience events for football enthusiasts: tournaments, technical workshops, meet-and-greets with clubs or ambassadors, in-store competitions, etc.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and sporty intern with a passion for event planning to help us bring this project to life.

Under the guidance of the Collective Sports Commercial Director, and in collaboration with the Communication and Retail teams, you will work on:

• Designing, coordinating, and executing in-store events (animations, tournaments, product launches, theme days, etc.).
• Managing the logistical organization of events: materials, scheduling, transportation, team coordination, permits, and safety.
• Leading the marketing activation for the new 2026-2027 football product: demonstrations, workshops, window displays, and digital activations.
• Creating communication materials: posters, social media content, invitations, teaser videos, etc.
• Measuring the impact of the events (participants, commercial & communication results, customer feedback).
• Reporting to the project team and making recommendations for future editions.
