Are you looking for a highly practical, hands-on internship? Are you eager to become a true tech expert, resolving daily technical hurdles while ensuring our infrastructure remains seamless and our digital security awareness continues to grow? Join the OmnITech Team at our headquarters in Brussels (Evere)!Your role

As a true Tech expert of the IT department, your mission is to ensure operational continuity by tackling daily tech challenges.

  • User support: You are the first point of contact for our internal teammates (HQ and stores). Ticket management is the cornerstone of a functional service and the rapid resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, connectivity…

  • Hardware lifecycle and deployment: You prepare, configure, and install workstations (PC/Mac), professional smartphones, printers, and connected mobile devices for new joiners.

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting: You diagnose first-level tech glitches (network connection issues, account access, software bugs) and document the solutions in our knowledge database.

  • Security Awareness: Participate in the deployment and tracking of internal cybersecurity awareness programs, create simulated phishing campaigns and analyze the results, and encourage best practices for threat reporting among employees.

  • Access Control & Cloud Security: Monitor and remediate security alerts within the cloud environment, and conduct regular user access reviews to identify and remove unauthorized or generic accounts.

  • Transversal IT Projects: Support the implementation of innovative digital solutions and the optimization of local technical equipment, while strengthening our alignment with regulatory and security audit standards.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a curious student who loves technology just as much as interacting with people.

You love helping others. You can easily translate IT jargon into simple words to guide your colleagues with a smile.

You are proactive. You don’t hesitate to dig for information and take the initiative to fix a problem quickly.

Beyond these core traits, we are looking for the following:

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, or IT Systems.
  • You have strong technical foundational skills (Windows/Mac OS, cloud suites like Google Workspace, basic LAN/WLAN network notions).
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, and a good working knowledge of English (essential for interacting with our international IT teams).

Your pace & environment
  • Location: Based at our office in Evere (Brussels), with occasional travel to local stores based on technical needs.
  • Duration: Minimum of 3 months starting in August or Septembre.
