Working as an HR Management Assistant (f/m), you will be advising our Luxembourg employees on a wide variety of policies and processes. Your next challenge
- Be the first point of contact for our customer queries via phone, web chat and email providing high quality advice and guidance.
- Provide a client focused experience through the timely and accurate management of administrative processes, such as (but not limited to): Internal mobility, Onboarding processes, Coach/buddy allocation, integration/exit surveys, Maternity/paternity/adoption follow up, and other general administration processes.
- Ensure all system related actions are completed accurately and in time for payroll.
- Data management (overtime, KPIs, performance process, …).
- Support in producing Powerpoint slides deck on various HR topics.
- Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications.
- Schedule and organize meetings (integration, exit, long term leaves, performance process, …).
- Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within HR Services, as required.
