Your future team

Our Risk Advisory team specializes in a wide range of risk and capital management services for banking institutions, including designing value-adding yet pragmatic solutions to meet regulatory requirements imposed by the Banking Union (CRR/CRD IV, SREP, BRRD, etc.). We work in close collaboration with our clients to deliver customized and appropriate methodologies to help them identify, assess, measure, mitigate, and report on the risks they face.

How you’ll contribute to our success

  • Design and implement credit risk management solutions
  • Conduct modelling, independent reviews, and validation of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD etc.)
  • Advise on credit risk policies and frameworks
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance projects (CRR/CRD IV and IFRS9)
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients, leveraging your knowledge and communication skills
  • Develop and present cohesive conclusions on report findings to clients
  • Assist clients in preparing for Regulatory Reporting (COREP, FINREP etc.)

Who are we looking for?

Your skills

Must have

  • Enrolled in a Master’s degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, econometrics, risk or a related field
  • Passionate about working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Foundational understanding of regulatory frameworks (Basel III/CRD IV, BRRD)
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; fluent in English for professional contexts

Nice to have

  • Previous internship experience in the financial sector, ideally in financial risk management
  • Practical exposure to applying Basel III/CRD IV or BRRD concepts in academic or project work
  • Experience working in team-based quantitative or risk-related projects
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical findings to non‑specialists
  • Knowledge of additional tools or languages (e.g. VBA, Python, R) relevant to quantitative or risk analysis
