Field Analysis

• Store visits to assess product visibility, merchandising, and the customer experience
• Organisation and facilitation of in-store tastings
• Collection and synthesis of customer insights (consumer feedback, purchasing behaviour, trends)

Brand & Influencer Marketing

• Participation in influencer seeding activities (identification, product shipments, and monitoring of coverage/results)
• Contribution to brand activations (events, special campaigns, and in-store activities)

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Regular reporting of field observations to the marketing team
• Participation in team meetings and contribution to strategic discussions

Candidate Profile

• Student at a business school or studying marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in the food / FMCG and retail sectors
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging with in-store teams and consumers
• Autonomous, organised, and analytical
• Category B driving licence is a plus (travel to stores will be required)
