HR Intern

Are you passionate about HR and looking for a hands-on internship? Ontex, a global leader in personal hygiene products, is looking for a HR Intern to join our team in Aalst. This internship offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment where supporting people and strengthening HR processes truly come together.

We’re looking for someone who can start in September, for a minimum duration of 3 months.

During your internship, you’ll work closely with our HR Specialist and contribute to:

• Recruitment & Selection: learn and gradually take ownership of the full hiring process: follow up on applications, schedule and conduct interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage the collaboration with external recruitment agencies.
• Talent Management & Employee Engagement: contribute to talent management initiatives, identify development opportunities, support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, and help design and roll out talent management plans.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): contribute to DEI projects, assist in organizing themed weeks, and coordinate related internal communications.
• Learning & Development: immerse yourself in the L&D framework and help strengthen it by refining and further developing L&D processes.

• You are currently enrolled in a HR-oriented program (Bachelor or Master).
• You are fluent in English.
• You are available for at least 3 months and can work from our office in Aalst.
