The role

As our Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the founders and contribute directly to our marketing activities. Your work will be published and used in real campaigns.

You will gain practical experience in content creation, social media, campaigns and the day to day marketing of a growing technology company.

What you will do

Manage our social media

• Help manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels

• Prepare and schedule posts

• Keep our content calendar up to date

• Follow optical retail trends and suggest relevant content ideas

Create content

• Write social media posts, articles and newsletters

• Create simple visuals, short videos and other marketing materials

• Turn product developments, customer stories and industry insights into engaging content

Support campaigns

• Help prepare email and social media campaigns

• Support the creation of case studies, interviews and customer stories

• Assist with campaign reporting and identify what performs best

Support events

• Help prepare marketing materials, presentations and social content for optical fairs and events

• Support the team with practical organisation before and during events

Bring your own ideas

• Test new content formats and channels

• Help us understand what resonates with opticians and optical retailers

• Take ownership of your projects from idea to publication

What we are looking for

• You are currently studying marketing, communications, digital media or a related field

• You enjoy creating content and have strong writing skills

• You understand how LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms work

• You can create simple visuals using Canva, Figma or similar tools

• You are organised, proactive and comfortable working independently

• You are fluent in English

• An interest in technology, retail or the optical industry is a plus
