Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Coordination

  • Help manage the weekly schedule of lessons and studio rooms
  • Ensure that classrooms and equipment are prepared before lessons and workshops
  • Assist with organizing student information and internal documents
  • Support the coordination between teachers, students, and the school team
  • Help maintain an organized operational system for the school

Event & Workshop Organization

  • Assist in preparing concerts, workshops, and masterclasses
  • Create event preparation checklists and timelines
  • Help coordinate logistics such as equipment, room setup, and materials
  • Assist during events with guest reception and coordination

Administrative & Project Support

  • Help update event listings and announcements
  • Assist with basic operational tasks that help the school run smoothly
  • Help track projects, events, and operational tasks
  • Support the founder and team in coordinating daily activities

Community & Communication

  • Welcome students and visitors at the school
  • Help answer basic questions from students about classes and events
  • Support communication between teachers, students, and the school team
