Your new mission

Your Role — Product & Impact Analyst Intern

Pulse Foundation is developing a pioneering AI-powered support platform for entrepreneurs in difficulty, including a new volunteer model and collaboration framework with social professionals.

We are looking for an intern who will work closely with the Product Lead and the Chief Impact Officer to strengthen the product, impact and stakeholder work around this new initiative.

This internship sits at the crossroads of data, product, social impact, and ecosystem collaboration. You’ll play a key role in structuring insights, supporting platform development, and helping us build meaningful bridges with volunteers, entrepreneurs in difficulty, social assistants and ecosystem partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Product & Data Support Extract, clean and structure data to support the development of our AI-tool for entrepreneurs in difficulty
  • Translate user feedback into structured insights to guide product improvements
  • Contribute to the logic, content and refinement of the AI assistant
  • Support the creation of product documentation, dashboards and internal tools
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Help develop clear communication material for key audiences: volunteers, entrepreneurs in difficulty, social assistants, and institutional partners
  • Contribute to training and onboarding content for our volunteer network
  • Support in preparing presentations and materials for new and existing ecosystem partners
  • Research & Analysis Conduct desk research on social support best practices, AI-case management systems, and potential collaborations with the ecosystem
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative signals to support impact measurement
  • Help synthesise insights to strengthen Pulse’s collaboration with corporates, social support organisations, and innovation partners
  • Cross-Team Support (Acceleration & Ecosystem Programmes) Provide analytical and presentation support for Pulse’s accelerator activities
  • Work on materials that facilitate collaboration with stakeholders supporting tech scale-ups and entrepreneurs in difficulty
  • Contribute to knowledge management and documentation across teams

Who are we looking for?

You Are

  • Structured, analytical and reliable – you enjoy clarity and turning complexity into simple systems
  • Curious about entrepreneurship, social impact, AI innovation and ecosystem support
  • Able to work with data in a practical way: cleaning and structuring information in Excel, merging data from multiple sources, building clear tables, and identifying insights or patterns.
  • A proactive doer who takes ownership and likes learning fast
  • Able to communicate clearly with different types of stakeholders
  • Tech-aware: you don’t fear tools, you make them work for you

Must-haves

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly
  • Fluency in French
  • Working proficiency in English, Dutch (optional)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Notion, AI tools, CRM or data structuring
  • Studies in business, economics, digital innovation or similar
  • Interest in social protection, support to entrepreneurs, or user-centric product design
  • Understanding of startups, product, or impact ecosystems
