We are looking for a talented intern to join our HR Business Partner Teamwithin our Human Resources department. As a member of the HR team at PwC Belgium, you will work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals, each bringing unique talents and expertise to the table.

Your impact

As an intern HRBC, you'll make an impact by:

• having an advisory role, and contributing to the execution of both the international and the Belgian Human Capital strategy;
• helping in being a point of contact in the HR field for employees and directors/partners, but also a pivot between the business and other stakeholders within HC;
• translating the results of the annual People Survey into an analysis and into a strategic Business Unit plan, together with the other HR Business Consultants;
• assisting to talent management and exit conversations, helping prepare the annual appraisal and reward process;
• contributing to several HR projects around talent management, reporting, people experience, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, etc.

About you

• You’re a final-year Bachelor or Master’s student in Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field and you're eager to learn more about the HR world;
• You’re looking for a school internship for at least 3 months as of February 2026;
• You’re able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or French and English;
• You’re enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people;
• You have good organizational skills and a hands-on mentality;
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills;
• You’re familiar with the Google Suite/MS Office applications;
• You have a good digital understanding and the ability to use technology;
• You’re capable of adapting easily in a constantly changing environment.
