Your role
Working directly with the Business Director, you will support both the commercial development and marketing &
communications activities of re(space), helping us turn ideas and opportunities into concrete projects.
• Business development: identify and research potential clients, companies, agencies and new market opportunities.
• Lead generation: build prospect lists, identify key decision-makers and support outreach campaigns.
• Partnerships: identify potential partners and help develop collaborations that generate both visibility and business
opportunities.
• Sales support: assist with commercial proposals, presentations, follow-ups and client meetings.
• CRM & pipeline: maintain and structure our CRM, track opportunities and help ensure no lead gets lost.
• Marketing campaigns: support the development and execution of campaigns across email, digital and other
relevant channels.
• Content & communications: help create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, website
updates and other communication materials.
• Social media: support the planning and management of re(space)’s social media presence and help identify
content opportunities.
• Brand & visibility: contribute to strengthening re(space)’s positioning, messaging and visibility among our target
audiences.
• Market intelligence: research competitors, venues, trends, campaigns and new concepts in Belgium and abroad.
• Events & activations: support commercial and marketing events, site visits and activations designed to bring
prospects and communities into our spaces.
• Performance tracking: help monitor marketing campaigns, leads, website activity and other relevant KPIs to
understand what generates results.
• Creative thinking: contribute ideas on how re(space) can attract new clients, create engaging content, develop new
products and strengthen its positioning.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is curious, entrepreneurial, creative and proactive.
• Are studying business, marketing, communications, events or a related field.
• Have both a commercial and marketing mindset.
• Enjoy connecting with people and are comfortable reaching out to new contacts.
• Have an interest in content, branding, social media and digital marketing.
• Can write clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Are organised and able to manage several projects at the same time.
• Have an interest in business development, hospitality, events, workplaces and/or real estate.
• Are comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, presentations and social media platforms.
• Have an analytical mindset and are interested in understanding campaign and commercial performance.
• Speak English and French and/or Dutch. Knowledge of all three is a strong plus.
• Don’t wait to be told what to do - you spot opportunities and act on them.
