Your new mission

-         As a member of the IT department of Stater Belgium, you will manage, support and improve the Change and Release process that ensures a predictable delivery of all software changes requested by the servicing customers and the internal business users of Stater Belgium.

-         Being at the cornerstone between Business and IT, that role puts you in contact with dozens of colleagues in charge of business operations, of business analysis and process design, of software development and of infrastructure management.

-         We aim for a minimum internship duration of 3 months. Start date is flexible, including in Q2 2026.

-         Through this internship, you will first gain real life experience in the way continuous software changes and improvements are delivered in an operational environment in the financial sector. Additionally, you will share your insights on that matter, gained from your studies and own expertise and as such contribute to the continuous improvement of our change and release processes.

-         Tasks / responsibilities

-         Collect the requests for changes coming from internal and external sources

-         Govern their processing according to the agreed procedures. This includes:

-         Ensure their proper documentation

-         Organize their analysis and cost estimate

-         Organize their approval

-         Manage their inclusion in a release in due time

-         Ensure testing and release to production

-         Ensure post release verification

-         Document the content of releases

-         Collect and store the evidences necessary for the ISAE 3402 certification of Stater Belgium

Who are we looking for?

-         Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

-         Interest in Change Management, Project Management and Governance in a financial sector service company with high technology content

-         Language skills: NL / FR / ENG

-         Hard skills: project management - business process management – business analysis – change management

-         Soft skills: at ease in contact with others – leadership – structured and critical thinking
