Applications are reviewed immediately

Looking for an internship where you can create real marketing campaigns, build digital content and see your work go live? Ready to gain hands-on experience at one of the world's leading FMCG companies?

At Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), we're looking for a motivated and creative intern to strengthen our team as soon as possible. We are actively reviewing applications and may fill the position before the official closing date, so early applications are strongly encouraged.

Who are we?

At Unilever, we share one simple purpose: To make sustainable living commonplace. Through our powerhouse brands such as Dove, Axe, Lipton and Knorr, we are creating a bright future for our business and our planet – and you can be part of it!

We believe that companies with purpose last, people with purpose thrive and brands with purpose grow. We meet every day needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care with brands that help people feel good, look good and get more out of life.

Main purpose of the internship:

When joining Unilever in Belgium, you will get the opportunity to have an impact on a leading-edge company and our outstanding brands. During this internship you will get real responsibilities that will provide you with a good insight into the organisation and support your personal development.

Within our different digital marketing teams, you will have the chance to experience crafting brands for life and help develop our brand personalities and strategies. You will have the opportunity to make your ideas come true and work on dynamic and innovative projects where you will learn from the best of the best. You will join one of our dynamic teams, where you can make your mark and contribute your ideas.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities could be (amongst others):

  • Close collaboration with the marketing teams to step up their digital marketing plans
  • Website performance analysis leading to recommendations on how to improve current statuses
  • Co-creating, building, and analysing campaigns and journeys with the marketing teams to increase conversions through the sales and marketing funnel
  • Setting up experiments to support the organisation in transforming the business as we knew it
  • Support in providing the necessary reporting and insights to marketeers, so they can better steer their approach
  • Playing an important role in supporting the digital marketeers and data team with some key transformation projects

Who are we looking for?

  • You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship.
  • You are available for a minimum of 3 months and ideally for 6 months (at least 32 hours a week).
  • You are fluent in English + Dutch or French.
  • You have very good notions of the main social media platforms.
  • You have a good understanding of Google Analytics and general digital marketing concepts (digital data, email marketing, e-commerce, SEO, SEA, owned and paid advertising).
  • You have a creative thinking, able to generate innovative ideas and implement them effectively
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously.
  • You are a pro-active and dynamic person, able to anticipate the needs of your team.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and feel comfortable with data analysis and data strategy (capture and leverage).
  • You are able to work with a diversity of people and teams.
  • You are familiar with MS office tools in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
