Stage - AI in TIC for Nuclear Pressure Equipment

Vinçotte is active in the TIC (testing , inspection and certification ) business. In the Nuclear Pressure Equipment team, you will work within the Energy & Process Industries (EPI) Business Unit. EPI supports its customers in the energy and process industries, offering advanced solutions and advice from experienced specialists. Vinçotte is recognized in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands as Authorized Notified Body (ANB) for the assessment of conformity for nuclear pressure equipment according the applicable norms and standards in the country.

The assessment of conformity is a detailed exercise that is time intensive and it requires a high level of expertise in the applicable domain (ESPN , ASME , PED , RCC-M,…)

Implement AI as support in the conformity assessment of an applicable code :The goals is to use AI as a support in the review of documents and the assessment of the manufacturing documents conform the applicable codes and standards. Today this work is done manually by our inspectors and experts. The goal of this case study is to gain time and facilitate the assessment process by implementing a reliable support. You will be supported by our IT team and the Experts in the domain of Nuclear pressure equipments.

• Profile : Master of Sience in Engineering
• Knowledge and interest : Matreials, Production processes, NDT (Non desctructive Testing), Construction standards as like ASME etc.
• Language: French and English
