Join the Wequity team as a Quality Assurance Intern through a 6-month Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle (CIP). You will play an essential role in supporting our AI-driven projects by contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our data processes. You will work closely with a dynamic and versatile team dedicated to impactful results.

Practical Details

• Must be a graduate (not currently enrolled
• This position is not an internship; it is for candidates who are no longer enrolled in an education program

Responsibilities

• Assist the Data Quality team with daily tasks focused on reviewing and improving AI data quality
• Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and biases in training and evaluation datasets
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to suggest and implement improvements
• Help document and optimize internal quality control procedures
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute insights related to data quality
• Support cross-functional projects with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset but not required
• Comfortable working with digital tools and technologies; interest in data analysis and quality assurance
