In your next role youâll work on
â social media: posts, reels, content planning and publishing
â research on competition and target audience
â community creation from the ground up: surveys, outreach, conversations, growth
â helping shape and execute early community and brand strategy
â supporting launch prep (crowdfunding + e-shop)
â coordination, research and small projects you can own
Format
â 1 day/week in person (Brussels coworking)
â 2â3 days/week remote, with regular online check-ins
â flexible, hands-on schedule
You are
â a senior student or recent graduate
â creative and open-minded while reliable and rigorous in execution
â proactive, organized and comfortable taking initiative
â interested in startups, product launches and community building
â Brussels-based or able to join once a week in person
Languages
â English: working level
â Dutch: required
â French: a strong advantage
What youâll gain
â direct exposure to a product going to market
â insight into crowdfunding and early retail
â close collaboration with the founder
â real ownership and visible impact
â portfolio material and strong reference
â if the collaboration works well, this may turn into a contract role after launch (end 2026)
