Your new mission: 

You will play a key role in launching a physical product on the market, working directly with the founder and owning research, outreach, helping shape early community and brand strategy.

You’ll work on:

– social media: posts, reels, content planning and publishing

– research on competition and target audience

– community creation from the ground up: surveys, outreach, conversations, growth

– helping shape and execute early community and brand strategy

– supporting launch prep (crowdfunding + e-shop)

– coordination, research and small projects you can own

You are:

– a senior student or recent graduate

– creative and open-minded while reliable and rigorous in execution

– proactive, organized and comfortable taking initiative

– interested in startups, product launches and community building

– Brussels-based or able to join once a week in person

Languages:

– English: working level

– Dutch: required

– French: a strong advantage

Format

– 2–3 days/week remote, with regular online check-ins

– 1 day/week or bi-weekly in person (Brussels coworking)

– flexible, hands-on schedule
